This have been the worst experience of my time. I request service on 2/10/26 and a tech came out on 2/12/26 and diagnosed the problem and i haven't see them since and today is 3/16/26. They have reschedule repair at least 16 times the min. and they sent me a receipt saying the repairs have been done and they have not. No communicates only by text or email to tell me they reschedule after the fact every time they suppose to come to my home.
