The service guy was polite and friendly. He explained everything to me. Collected the payment, (I have a $100 deductible with CHW). as soon as he got here. I was very pleased.
He was very rude and kept calling me a lair about my washing machine and me putting fabric softener in it which I don’t not do. As that dispenser does not work.
