On time competent pleasant
Rick was very professional and friendly. He worked diligently until he found the issue and fixed it. He cleaned the coils that had something blocking them instructed on cleaning the filter. Maybe the previous owners did not clean filter because I clean after every load but will be more careful. He should reward he is very good and dependable, he let us know he had to move appointment timely Thanks On price it was covered my warranty so very happy with care.
