After many appts rescheduled, technician was professional. Sorry but robots can't schedule. Try a human for better results. If you can't afford a human try another method. Current method is not working.
Won't use again. Was given a time for arrival between 8-12, but was called at 10:45 to tell me time changed to noon and 2 pm and that they take credit card and cash. Didnt ask me, told me. Seemed indifferent to my needs, but ok. Arrived at 2. Reason for visit was to check washing machine because it seemed loud. Tech didn't find anything contributing to noise except maybe high water pressure. Did point out soap dispenser leaking, probably because water turned to high but didn't try to lower it to test theory. I tried to lower... read more
