Tech was very nice and explained all the work. Was respectful of our home and pets. I appreciate the calls before headed over. Very happy with service
I understood my washer & Dryer were going to be repaired. He stated work order was only for the washer. We received a thermostat which he stated he didn't order! He was here on 8/11 & looked @ both & said he had to order parts. He said he was only here for the Washer! The Dryer was the bigger priority! Please call me about an appointment for my Dryer! Thanks
