If I could mark lower I would. He never showed up and lied on the form saying I was not here. I am sitting by my door all day.
Technician never came. Said he called! No phone log call. Charged a service call for 1 1/2 hr to warranty and closed the service appointment. I told them this is fraud! took over 2 hours on phone and computer to finally get another appointment scheduled for 4 days later!
