The repairman is a professional and has done an excellent job. Great man to visit with.
My Technician was really knowledgeable and good. The following is no fault of the Technician. The Technician will come and diagnose the problem and then order the parts. Then you wait for the parts to be delivered and they come back to fix the appliance. The Technician went out of his way to advocate for a replacement refrigerator. I must go on to say that the Sears Protection Plan is NOT good. I can't tell the number of calls or how many numbers I called to try to get my refrigerator fixed.
