The most basics of misses. We just moved into our new home and were having problem with the dryer heating. The repairman said we needed a new heating element and our ducts were clogged. Come to find out neither of these were true. I purchased a new electric dryer and when they came to install found out that we have gas and the dryer that was hooked up to the electric was a fire hazard. Waited all day for service tech to show up and they did not. Not even a call to tell us they were not coming. BIG FAIL!
