Will was very quick and efficient to diagnose the problem and give me maintenance tips to prolong the life of the unit.
Well, was a great service technician. Went out of his way to make sure our dryer was fixed in one visit.
The most basics of misses. We just moved into our new home and were having problem with the dryer heating. The repairman said we needed a new heating element and our ducts were clogged. Come to find out neither of these were true. I purchased a new electric dryer and when they came to install found out that we have gas and the dryer that was hooked up to the electric was a fire hazard.
