You rescheduled my first appointment my problem still isn’t fixed although they did put new parts on the door. I am going to the next thing to see what I can do because the light still doesn’t come on when you open the door you have to push the door all the way back to get it the light to come on they say it’s a wiring problem.
John was fast at installing the needed part.
Arrived when scheduled and offered practical solutions when repair wasn't possible
Brian the Technician was very polite, explained everything very well and kept me informed as to the status of the part that had to be ordered. Was here in a timely manner after it arrived to install it and made sure everything was working properly. Very Glad we had him as our Technician!
Service man was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I am very pleased.
