Poor service and poor communication. Two men showed up the first time on 9/25 and would not move the refrigerator for a 74 -yr old woman . She had to get someone to literally slide the refrigerator out since neither man would do that. She had to wait another week to get them to come back to diagnose after she got someone to move the refrigerator. He came back on 10/1 and diagnosed the problem and rescheduled service for 10/6. Did not get the proper time and diagnosis from the technician to really find the problem not good service!!!
