I am so frustrated with this company and will never use them again. You can’t easily talk to a person. Everything is automated. My dishwasher stopped working in June. I set up an appointment and the gentleman came and said I needed a new computer $600+ for the dishwasher. We ordered it and he was to come and install it for a follow up appointment. Charles was very knowledgeable and helpful in options on how to fix my fridge.
Very nice, knowledgeable repairman. Did a great job.
Tech was able to get the microwave working but didn’t provide any information for what the issue was or possibility of near future reoccurrence. Was on site for approximately 1 hour but almost 20 minutes was on a phone call, unknown if work related or personal.
