Paul was very obviously experienced and well trained. Very friendly and answered and explained everything I asked. You are lucky to have a tech like Paul. His work was scheduled through the extended warranty I had purchased.
Repairman did not appear to be professional. Both in appearance and knowledge. First 2 appts were no shows. He was going to order us a new ice maker when we really needed a new compressor. My husband had to give him the idea that the compressor could be the problem. He said the compressor sounded like it was working. He hadn't even tested it!
