I had Sears come to look at my Samsung refrigerator it took them several weeks to diagnose it the compressor was bad they sent a new compressor and the new compressor was put in a month later and it didn't work right out of the box the technician knew what he was doing but the company is terrible it's all AI run I would never use this company again getting my $500 back from the credit card company
