The service man admitted he was not trained on servicing washing machines. He ran a cycle on the empty washer for 45 minutes and said it seemed ok. He didn’t do any of the checks previous technicians did. Him being here was a waste of time. Very unsatisfactory visit.
Paul does an amazing job! He asks leading question to make sure he gets the information he needs to complete the job.
Matter of fact; water was not turned on by person who installed Washer, but he wasnt familiar w installations. So hes excused.. Dryer had lint pipe kinked and repairman noticed the problem. Thank u Paul.....Having the new appliances seems to require knowledge of electronics they .m ay cost a bit more but worth it in the end.
Very quick and professional, and nice enough not to make me feel ridiculous for installing parts incorrectly. Made a quick fix and off he went.
