Todd was great. Other guy was great. The initial set-up of the appointment, navigating an AI interface over the phone led to some non-user error mistakes, but it was resolved well. Possibly sliiiightly expensive, but service was excellent and they fixed it quickly .
Frank is awesome, very knowledgeable and didn't take long to diagnose the issue and repair on e the part was delivered. And heard him providing excellent information to the trainee on the initial visit. Frank can do all my future repairs.
Terrible experience yesterday and today: I used the website to get a quote for a repair. It had me enter my zipcode and address. I never made an appointment, I never confirmed ANYTHING. Today at work, somebody just went to my house. My wife was home. We were not expecting service. They guy is saying there is a $130 fee. I went online to look at my "order". Very professional and quick work
The work I had was totally over priced. I originally gave 5 stars mostly for Todd the tech. He was very good. He came out twice, the first to diagnose the problem. That was just under forty minutes. I was told it was the coil valves and they would by 79.99 for the parts. I had to make a decision right then or I would still have to pay the $129. for the service call.
