Kelly W. was our tech he actually made 3 different visits. Visit 1 Kelly was very knowledgeable about our dishwasher and spent a lot of time making sure he had diagnosed the problem correctly. Visit 2 he installed the parts he ordered and got the machine running perfectly. After he tested the dishwasher numerous time he found an additional part they wasn't working to his liking so he ordered additional parts.
