After 3 appointments being cancelled the technician came at 6:30pm. My appointment time was 8am-5 pm. He was apologetic and did a great job diagnosing the problem. That day I had to pay for the parts and they were shipped to my house. I have had my actual repair cancelled by Sears in the late afternoon 4 times. Later I found out they had never assign a repairman to me. This is after a total of 45 texts from Sears telling me to be home 8-5 for 8 total separate days. They are to be here again today.
