After 3 appointments being cancelled the technician came at 6:30pm. My appointment time was 8am-5 pm. He was apologetic and did a great job diagnosing the problem. That day I had to pay for the parts and they were shipped to my house. I have had my actual repair cancelled by Sears in the late afternoon 4 times. Later I found out they had never assign a repairman to me. This is after a total of 45 texts from Sears telling me to be home 8-5 for 8 total separate days. They are to be here again today. Kaleb was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn’t able to repair the dryer but that was only because the necessary part is no longer available. He did everything he could.
