Very frustrating to call for help and get nothing but and AI virtual assistant! She was not helpful in scheduling a service call!! She gave no other options for any other days or to even talk to a human.
The technician was courteous, professional, and prompt. However, the problem with my lower double oven has not been resolved pending additional action.
Took awhile to finely get them out here. But did not take long once they did get here.
