I will never use this place again. Had a tech come out last Wednesday to fix my dryer, it was never fixed. My wife called back immediately and they rescheduled the service free if charge for today. Tech came, tried charging me another $130 for showing up. He said there is nothing showing that someone was here last week for the dryer. The tech damaged my vent pipe as well. Yall don't even deserve one star. A pathetic excuse if a company.
Quick, thorough, and professional. Even gave me a few pointers related to another appliance as well as what he was repairing.
