Mark from Sears came to my home to make a diagnosis on my stove top but failed to look at all components to make a correct diagnosis and never turned on oven to make sure it worked nor did he check circuit breaker or anything, instead he wrote up that cook top and oven was shorted out(without turning oven on or taking anything apart) and not working due to a power surge and recommend that the oven and cook top needed to be replaced so that the estimate of repair could cost more than it needed to with replacing oven elements ... read more
