We will not be calling sears anymore for service if we absolutely don’t have to. Has nothing to do with anyone that came and serviced us, it was about the price. I was going to be charged $850 to have a simple igniter replaced for our gas range. I checked around town and another appliance service shop only charged us $200. Who gets away with charging that much for a simple service? Something in my gut didn’t feel right because I looked it up online and I could get the part for $50. Thomas was courteous and friendly and thorough in his diagnostic. He didn't find any specific issue with where/how the leak was occurring. Suggested using a lower level of water to see if the problem continues. Otherwise it may be caused by spill over from high water level. Appreciated his time and effort.
