The tech was very knowledgeable & nice
The repair person was polite and did his job, although he was unclean and unkept looking. However, he did the job when he got here and I am hoping it’s fixed (Its only been 3 hours since completed, so I am not 100% certain the refrigerator is working yet.) I would give my biggest complaint to Sears for an inefficient system. The extreme wait in getting something done is maddening. When I first called with a problem, it was 4 days before a repair person could come (I understand that/reasonable). When he came, he didn’t fix it... read more
