The service tech was very nice. The floater had to be replaced on my dishwasher. I was charged $479. That is highway robbery and there is no way to justify that price.
Brian was very professional and knowledgeable, took care of the problem and I would highly recommend him.

This service was amazing. Brian came, as scheduled, about 2 weeks ago and within a few minutes of examining our situation said he had to order a part. He said his next available appointment for installing the part was about 3.5 weeks away. This was daunting for me, as an older woman using a cane and knowing that I would need to find a coin laundry to do our laundry. My technician was wonderful. Had to get a part and it was delivered but had to call 3 times and wait 7 weeks to get it put on. Something there needs to change.
