Brian was very thorough and detailed. He explained everything that was possibly wrong with the dryer. He came right away the next day and fixed it. He is very professional and good at his job.

The technician was great, the speed of service very good, cost of replacement fan reasonable, but the labor cost seems out of wack $369.95 for less than an hour of work, fan part was 103.83. So seems a bit extreme, I would not use again due to this unless an emergency.
I would desperately urge anyone looking to use this service to look elsewhere. The tech came over to look at my fridge and took his flashlight out and shined it into the back of my unit didn't even take the back off and just said you need a new fridge. Here is a discount from sears. Then they charged me $129. What a complete waste of time and money. Call someone else. Edit: Don't be fooled by the "response by owner" reply, they added. I called that number and it's just an automated line where you can't talk to a real person.... read more
Brian, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He worked skillfully and neatly. He patiently explained the problem to me and the regular maintenance that I could do to avoid it in the future. After this experience, I highly recommend Sears appliance repair.
