Although our appt was cancelled twice, the tech that came the 3rd time was awesome, not his fault.
Brian came and was on time and so courteous! He had the problem fixed and my dryer running in no time. I've never used Sears before but won't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended!
Brian is very knowledgeable, experienced and responsive. My refrigerator had a couple issues and Brian diagnosed both problems right away. He patiently explained the fix and made sure to fit me in his schedule as soon as the parts arrived. Thanks for being accommodating, Brian!
Wasted an entire day waiting for a repair guy to come fix a dishwasher. First its scheduled for 8am-12pm, then gets pushed from 2pm-4pm, then again from 4pm-6pm. Now rescheduled for tomorrow at 8am-12pm. Will they show up? Who even knows. WORST Service ive ever had with anyone. They cannot even respect someone else's time. Whole day wasted, probably 2 days now.
