Today, 7/29/2026 your technician was a “NO SHOW” despite multiple texts from your organization saying when he would arrive, on his way etc. We had medical commitments outside the stated arrival window. We paid a neighbor to be in our home waiting for the technician. We’re NOT happy.
Bret was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He determined what was wrong with our machine and clearly described the options. We appreciated his knowledge and help.
