The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He has great communication skills and was able to articulate the problems in laymen terms that were easy to grasp. I appreciated his performance.
Technician was on-time, attentive to the repair, and thorough to clean up and test the replacement parts.
Very nice personable
Professional & polite. Problem resolved. Unfortunately it cost $150 to find out the breaker was off from recent remodeling elsewhere in the house.
