Your service sucks. Five weeks and four parts deliveries later and nothing but time wasted. That sucks.
Ask about thier warranty. They only cover thier parts and labor for 30 days
Absolutely the worst experience of my life in getting something serviced. Mine is specific to the service center out of Grants Pass Oregon. They did not show up for their first appt. I got one for a week and a half later. The guy had no parts so he had to schedule another one. At 11:10 am this morning it told me my repair guy was on his way to my house. 4 hours later and my appt window now says 6pm. Which means he isn’t coming today. I despise this service center. You cannot get a hold of a single human being to fix any prob... read more
