The technician came when he was supposed to but my dryer only worked on one load now it will not turn on so it is not fixed.
Well they finally showed up today and hopefully stays fixed. Drew did a great job . You need to get rid of your AI and be table to talk to a real person. I will not renew my contract and have never had such a bad experience to get my repair scheduled and rescheduled so many times. Absolutely rediculas!

Great service and very knowledgeable
The service technician was fantastic!! Sears AI scheduling is absolutely terrible and it should be common sense that there needs to be a human available at some point. It’s shameful.
