They did not fix the issue. Try to have them come back to fix it. They made me schedule a video appointment. I did that. They cancelled it after I waited for the appointment. Not nice. Now they want to reschedule an appointment after I have made two appointments that they have changed. 😕

Gary and his apprentice were on time and very professional. They understood the workings of our refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were polite and considerate of our kitchen. I would highly recommend them.
Thomas was polite and explain things so I could understand what went wrong and what to do and tell me to call back if I had any more problems I am so pleased with his work and with him.
