Tech did not want to put the seal on wanted to come back…not staying home another full day for them to come at 4:30.
Service tech (Gary) was excellent in expertise, professionalism and courteous service. I truly appreciate the high level service that was provided. I thought the diagnostic fee on the microwave was excessive. Since I knew what the problem was before we even started.
