Hi. For some reason this location is labled as a Sears repair store. That is Not Correct. This building was previouly a Shopko that closed down when Shopco was forced to file for bankruptcy. And before that it was a thriving Kmart back in the 80,s. The only place that had a thrving Sears store was in Clarinda, Iowa. Again when Kmart/Sears was finaly forcedto close All stores Clarinda lost a great store despite doing a good business. It is this authors personal opinion they could still be around today. Technician was great. I would highly recommend him. Only complaint is the communication skills the service department has with customers needs some work. They need to be more personable instead of relying on texts. We had to wait an extra week just because the delivery of a part was not updated when a phone call could have been done before canceling the work order.
My technician was kind, helpful and fast!
