Unfortunately it was aweful service for a Samsung gas dryer. He seemed very unsure of what the problem could be. I had already checked, and ruled out, all the obvious reasons, such as clogged vent and door latches, that is why I called for service. It was not showing any error codes until after he left when he broke the door latch. I had the dryer all ready for him, pulled out, cleaned and vent checked. Had water leakage on floor under fridge periodically. Was happy response could be next day. Serviceman arrived on time. He spent 10 minutes looking at you tube video on fridge repair. Then proceeded to attempt to remove freezer tray and struggled trying. Went back to you tube video. Couldn't get it out. My husband went to fridge, opened upper french doors and then proceeded to unlock freezer tray and remove the tray. Box fell under and blocked drain tray. Then he said it needed to melt. Got our heat lamp out and assisted. Th... read more
