Technician was knowledgeable and quick. Knew what the problem was and took care of it. Was on time! Good advice.
The Technician is good, when he shows up. The company requires you to stay home all day as there is an 8 hour window for the technician to arrive. Last time, after waiting 2 months he didn’t even show up and my appt was auto rescheduled for a month later without as much as a phone call to explain why. My Refrigerator is a lemon. They’ve replaced the freezer door twice and every other part related to the ice maker. It’s a bad design. Sears sent me 3 freezer doors this time which I had to store while waiting for repairs.
