Todd is a very knowledgeable tech. When you call Sears they will fix your issue. The only issue I have is the price of $550 to repair for a $26 part. I ended up buying part and installing myself after tech did diagnosis for $150. Either way they got me up and running.
Tech is wonderful and kind . Looks out for customers and communication is Aplus ! Explains everything . A pleasure to work with .
