They were very nice they knew exactly what was wrong in seconds
Worst two people here. The one didn’t even know what a plug to the washing machine was. I was suppose to be paying for tech. And had a trainee who didn’t know nothing the tech had to look everything up on the phone . Not very professional. Would not recommend this company. Said there was no number to talk to a supervisor.
Kevin was able to fix my refrigerator problem in less than an hour. Very pleasant and capable.
