I was able to get a next day appointment. Tadd, the technician, was great. Showed up on time, very knowledgeable, solved the problem quickly.
Don't use this place. We paid for a repair in July 2024 in which we had to buy a replacement part ($884.17) for our GE range. It went bad in December. The part is warranted by GE. Sears ordered a part to come to them. Since then, they have scheduled many appointments (at least four) that they have cancelled often on the same day as the scheduled appointment. They showed up only once but without the part. We have made many phonecalls to get the part and have been unable to get the part or a serious commitment to showing up. I... read more
1st time: showed up without working tool to check freezer temp. He called a colleague to ask for guidance and he told him to use the thermometer tool and he admitted his has been broken for a few weeks. Told me to buy a thermometer to check freezer temps myself and call them. He didn’t adjust or fix anything. 2nd time: asked me if the fridge/freezer was working better since his last visit?
