Tadd was great, he quickly identified the issue and assured me it would be handled that morning. What I assumed would take all day, was completed in within 2 hours. I highly recommend him for any future repairs.
Seemed to be knowledgeable. Appliance is currently running on both appliances. Communication was great with him. Sears has other issues that need to be resolved. Example: Sears is on the FRAUD list for every credit card company. I have to put both Sears and the credit card company on the phone at the same time before I can make an appointment otherwise the appointment won't go through and I get numerous pending charges on my credit cards every time your customer service tries to make an appointment for me for an appliance re... read more
