Took a month to repair my washing machine and turned a small drip into a gushing leak out the back then said the next soonest appointment was 4 days away.
Scott was very professional and courteous. He cycled through all the steps until he found the solution. Sears appliance repair is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.
Mike was great. I'd spent the day trying to figure out how to make the locking mechanism work. All attempts led to the conclusion that either the control board or the locking mechanism itself would have to be replaced. When Mike arrived, he was stumped as well. As a last ditch guess, he thought a child guard may be preventing the maching from operating.
