They did a great job diagnosing and replacing my failed compressor. The technicians were professional and thorough. The AI phone system was a mess; could not check to see if fridge was under warranty nor provide ballpark estimate of cost either under warranty or not and no way to reach a person.
Outstanding service from our Sears A/C technician Fabianna! She was punctual and professional, and she took the time to thoroughly inspect and explain everything before making the repairs. She quickly diagnosed the issue, had our system running like new, and made sure everything was working perfectly before she left. It's refreshing to find someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing quality work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
