The parts were not delivered so the technician was not able to do the service call. He did call and let me know if the situation. I appreciate him doing that. I will need to call for another work order and reschedule the appointment. Hopefully the part will be in.
LG customer service listened to my issue, under warranty, and set up a repair date. A few days later the parts were delivered to my front door. The Tech came on the scheduled date and my stove is working fine now. Most excellent customer service!
