The repairman used the part that arrived Saturday and fixed the leak in our washing machine. Ten minutes after he left, another package of repair parts (larger shape) arrived. I’m not sure now if it is fixed, or what is in the second package.
Brian M , the contractor who came to fix the oven was very timely, professional and completed the job without delays or surprises.
Technician was friendly and diagnosed the issue. However, he removed the back cover on the refrigerator and did not replace it and we are unable to find the screws he removed.
Frank and Brian did a great job at fixing my washing machine. The AI system needs help. It rescheduled my original appointment on July 23rd without confirming with me that all parts were received. It ASSUMED that one of the parts wasn't received and automatically reschedule the appointment for August 7th. Someone needs to make sure that they confirm with the customer if parts are there or not before canceling. I had to call and AI didn't understand the following, "All my parts are here."
