Eric explained what was going wrong in a way I understood. He gave great suggestions letting me know what to do & look for.
Technician was respectable and professional; however he was not knowledgeable of the Hisense Refrigerator. He arrived with no technical or specification data. The company failed to prepare him for the work needed. It cost me the service charge without the knowledge that the refrigerator was fixed.
