Mike was great, he was informative, helpful, polite, punctual and very patient. He got our washer fixed super quick and I would recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone.
The tech that showed up today was very friendly and knowledgeable. Superb customer service. But last week I was not happy with thr service I spent all day waiting for someone to show and no one did I was not able to speak to someone till after the window 8-5 was over to be told that there was no tech assigned to the case after getting messages that someone would be out to fix my dryer that day.
