Service repair man was very nice. The problem I have is the 8hr window your given for the repair. Then you read he'll be there around 10am but the time keeps changing til 2pm or 4pm like the 1st visit.

Mike arrived at the expected time, replaced the part, made sure the washer was working and I was so happy to finally have my washer fixed.
