Scott was very professional. He showed up on time and diagnosed the issue with my Frigidaire refrigerator. He had to order a part so it took a couple of days to complete the repair, but he returned the day after the part arrived at my house. It was warranty work covered by Frigidaire, as my refrigerator is less than a year old. I am very happy with the level of service provided!
A lot of repair shops will not work on Samsung refrigerator but Sears techs do. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement and returned to replace the part. He was friendly and efficient, did a great job! I wouldn't hesitate to call Sears repair service again if needed.

Repairman is 5-star! The refridgerator is not. I've been patient since Nov 26 2025. The fridge is only 31/2 yrs old & has been nothing but problems. I want my money back. The appliance is a lemon! Dave Bremer
