Gave me a vague time.. they would be here anywhere between 8am and 5pm. They did text me a link, i checked it the day of my appointment and it stated that the technician would be arriving at 9:18am.. it said that ALL DAY. Around 4pm, I’m irritated, no one has shown up STILL.. I try to call, all I get is the automated system there is absolutely no way to talk with a person. I hang up and continue waiting.. at 4:50PM..
