Initial service call diagnosis was broken belt. New belt ordered. Upon return call to install belt, different tech., belt didn't need replacing. Belt had only came off tensioner pulley. Initial tech didn't open cabinet to fully diagnose problem. Ordering new belt and return visit wasn't needed. Unnecessary service charges. Need this rectified with accounts receivable dept.
