Technician was excellent and careful not to damage the floor when he pulled out my gas range. Very polite and knowledgeable!
John was great and figured out the problem in very short order. I was offered an earlier appointment for Tuesday and even though I replied immediately I did not get a response on text. Is there another way to respond??
