Technician identified an issue. Call for a part and could not get it. Gave up, told us that we needed to locate a part. Offered no options or desire to find and fix my issue. When questioned, he had no answers got angry and left. He showed no desire to fix the problem. This was a home warranty service. He should have called the home warranty service to locate the needed parts. We waited a week for this?
Cody came out and fixed my dryer with the parts that came in for it. He was friendly, quick and efficient. We would recommend Cody to anyone needing appliance repair? Thank goodness, we bought the warranty which paid for it all.
The technicians were friendly when they arrived. I have been waiting for a part since July 15th. It is now September 14th. I have no way to talk to an actual person. They have the part in their warehouse but have not shipped it to me so the repair can be completed. Their customer service is AI. The chat, the phone. No email available to contact anyone in person. Unless it’s an easy fix that isn’t under a warranty I wouldn’t expect a quick fix from them.
