Jamal was great. But your AI system is horrible. He went to the wrong place twice all because somehow you couldn't pass along the message that he had the wrong address. I spent two days and at least six hour chatting with your AI program to try to fix this but to no avail. It was impossible to speak to a human being and all the messages I sent never got through to the correct person. I will never use Sears home services again.
This technician shouldn’t even be employed there he has no clue what he’s doing this is his third time at my house and he tried taking off door on my dryer but broke it so my dryer hasn’t been fixed but says it’s fixed not even put a part in .
Replaced Ice maker on refrigerator
The rating isn’t for the repairman. The rating is for that it took three different appointments to get our washer fixed. I needed to leave work three different times. We made three different trips to the laundromat, because our 14 month old washer stopped spinning.
Serviceman was pleasant but washing machines not fixed.
