Where do I start they sent the parts to the wrong address. Put my information in wrong. Charged for 2 parts when I only needed one. When the parts were sent to the wrong address I had to wait around a month to get a new tech to come install the igniter which is all we needed. Waited 2 months for the completion of a job that took 20 minutes for the technician to complete. Next time just order the part off the Internet and do it myself. Lesson learned.
