Very professional experience. I liked all of the good communication leading up to the appointment and our technician, Eli, was very good.

$400 for a washer repair. It wouldn’t spin. Never will do business with them again.
Technician did a good job solving problem and tried to explain everything to me patiently.
Completed the task, unfortunately my washing machine was unable to be repaired for less than the cost of a new one.
