Randall is a great technician, however dealing with the AI operator at Sears Home Services has been frustrating. I wish there was a way to talk with a live person in some circumstances. AI can't answer everything. Also every voice message AI has left only has said one or two words before it cuts off. So basically it doesn't work.
Randall was very knowledgeable, on time, and explained the issue clearly. Would definitely recommend.
So many things went wrong including trying to cancel me twice in one day. My vacation rental is in Maui and I am in Canada. I lined up my property manager to meet them and they never showed up. Waste of time and money. ETA: contact phone number doesn't work. Just when you're going to be connected with an agent the line drops.
