Great experience with Sears and Randall. I made an appointment at 8 am via sears AI receptionist. The technician Randall contacted us around 11 am to set up 1:30 pm arrival time . He came and fixed the washer in an efficient way. Thank you for your quick efficient service . Thank you Randall for your excellent service. This is a second time I used Sears Appliance repair and also had Randall as the technician. Both times I had great service.
Technician was great, very knowledgeable & patient with working on our oven. Awesome to chat with. He did ask to connect to WiFi first visit & stayed a while after service to use, wasn’t a problem as the area has rough connection. On the second service call, the technician remained in our driveway using the WiFi for 20 minutes post-service without our knowledge or permission, which I saw on our driveway cameras outside. Excellent service! After thoroughly checking our washer for diagnostics, the technician honestly advised that it would be better to purchase a new one rather than spend thousands of dollars on repairs. I truly appreciated the transparency and professionalism. He also took the time to recommend reliable washer brands, which was very helpful in making our decision.
