He was rude on the phone when he called to see why no one was home when he came to do the repair. My sister was waiting for the text that he was on his way and I received it at 10:54 am. He called me at 10:56 am and said he had been waiting for 10 minutes. I tried to explain my sister was almost there but I had an emergency with a patient and couldn’t stay on the phone to reschedule. WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY THEY WILL SEND THIRD-PARTY COMPANIES THAT WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WORK NEVER COMPLETED!!! SEARS PROTECT PLAN DID NOTHING!!! AND IF YOU’RE FED UP WITH THE SERVICE AND WANT OUT THEY WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $150 JUST TO LEAVE BAD SERVICE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
