Never called or texted when they would show up and then couldn't reschedule for another week. Would not recommend ordered part and changed our appt and they never confirmed. And showed up at 9am without a text or call saying when to expect them

John showed up on time and assessed the problem with our dishwasher. He was friendly and professional. After determining the problem, he gave us the options to consider. We decided to order the part ourselves. I would highly recommend John with Sears Appliance Repair!

He was polite, did his job competently and replaced the parts. He checked that maintenance was requested, noted a break in the lino, and pulled the refrigerator out. He left the area behind the refrigerator immaculate. Then he eased the refrigerator back in. Cleaned up, gathered his tools and was on his way. About fifteen minutes later, my husband's caregiver noticed water on the floor near the refrigerator and started mopping.--and then several minutes later I mopped and turned off the icemaker. He was rude on the phone when he called to see why no one was home when he came to do the repair. My sister was waiting for the text that he was on his way and I received it at 10:54 am. He called me at 10:56 am and said he had been waiting for 10 minutes. I tried to explain my sister was almost there but I had an emergency with a patient and couldn’t stay on the phone to reschedule.
