Contracted Technician Service was horrible. He did not contact my tenants or myself that he was not showing up to the original appmt time on time and showed up 1.5 hours late. Secondly when he arrived the 2nd time, he canceled the appmt due to no parking and did not bother to contact my tenants or myself to allow us to offer parking in back parkway of the garage. Making the appointment was easy and they came the same day. I got a text confirmation and the driver called when he was on his way. This gave me time.to get home from work and meet him there. He knew the equipment and do I figured out the problem. Great experience and will call them for all appliance repairs.
