John, did a nice job in replacing the part that was sent here prior to him arriving to do the repairs. It’s was nice that parts arrived ahead of his vist. It’s was fixed with only one visit. Not multiple trips.
Thank you for not making wait all day. Customers that purchase Warranty should be serviced 1st. Some how the appliance noted on this survey does not match what was repaired
