Repairman that was here on Oct 31 was great, he knew what was wrong and fixed it.its a shame it took around 7 months to fix it. Had to buy a new frig to hold us for eleven months.
We bought a brand new Kenmore washing machine 11 years ago and it wouldn’t turn on. I know enough about machines that it had to be the circuit board or control panel so we set up an appointment and provided the model number beforehand. The repair person came and sure enough, it was the circuit board and control panel. The problem is they don’t manufacture those parts anymore, so it couldn’t be repaired and we still got billed the $100 service charge.
