I told the technician that my furnace was leaking refrigerant because you can see the oil all over the place and he failed to acknowledge that. He instead of clean my outside AC unit and recharge the system because it was low a pound of Freon. Of course it was blowing out cold air because you recharged it But after 15 minutes, it went back to warm air. Our problem has not been fixed. The repair person needs to come back.
Very professional and pleasant. I wish he was the only as service man that came out!
