The service man was on time, he explained & show me the problems. He cleaned up afterwards.
The Five stars are for Naser and only Naser, who redeemed the company from earlier experiences this month. Naser, the technician who performed the final repair was outstanding. [The first technician never showed up and the second complained about how far he had to drive and how late it was (as if I hadn’t waited from 7 am to 6 pm two full days)].
