Problem was diagnosed properly , technician showed up as scheduled , was friendly and professional .
Michael was efficient and quickly fixed the issue! He was also courteous and friendly.
Absolutely terrible experience. They did not show up THREE separate times and did not even give us notice. They give a timeframe of 8am-5pm so we have to take the whole day off for work just for them to cancel at the last minute. When they finally came they ordered the wrong parts and took weeks for another one to arrive. Now the job suddenly requires two people. That wasn't the case the first time and if they had actually paid attention they would've known that from the start & scheduled accordingly. It's impossible to talk... read more

Cesar, the appliance repair technician basically does not care about customer service. He does not follow his own company laid rules. He confuses the customer all the time and when asked, he either blames Sears fellow employees or the customer, depending on whichever is convenient to him. He lies a lot and is completely untrustworthy. I don't know how he still has a job.
