Fast, courteous, personable, great
It took over a month and half to get my AC repaired in the hottest summer in history. The service window provided is absurd, never heard of a 7am - 6pm window. Oh but wait if I didn’t like that my only other option is 8am - 5pm, really!!! Technician showed up for first two visits in a personal vehicle with just a little handbag of tools. The second visit was for installation of parts. Tells me he has to reschedule because he doesn’t have the tools and materials to do the job after I had to wait two weeks for the appointment ... read more
Our technician was on time, knew exactly what to do and replaced the heating element in our dryer. The dryer now works like new. We had a bad experience with a prior service company, we are very pleased and will use Sears from now on.
The technician did a very good job. I could tell that he was knowledgeable and experienced. The only complain I have that Sears gave me a 9 hours window for the technician to come. I had to take the day off and wait for him.
