Frank was on time, and efficient. Too costly to repair old refrigerator. I think $450 to remove/replace the evaporator fan is way overpriced. Cost of the fan ($152) seemed reasonable.
I had a very disappointing experience with this appliance repair company. When my five-year-old refrigerator stopped working, they told me I had two options: pay $1,600 upfront for a repair, or opt into a monthly “insurance” program that would supposedly cover other appliances as well.
