Super nice guy (can’t recall his name) and the link to the receipt they emailed me doesn’t work. He kept saying there were issues to our electrical plug or different components on the washer were not getting enough voltage and then saying, no they’re fine. Seemed to have a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to use the voltage meter. Finally he said we needed a new washer electronic control board and the told us that parts and labor total would be $750. I told him that I would be better off just replacing the washer. Not happy with my service or with Sears. My appointment was canceled and I had to wait an extra week because it was canceled and it still isn't fixed. This is the 5th repair for the same problem.
No one came to my house to repair the washing machine even though we got a note stating a repair was made.
