The technician was very informative about the problem with our dryer. He checked out all the electronics on the machine and how to get it to operate as it should. We are very happy with the job he did.
Excellent service. The technician, Austin, was super friendly and went above and beyond to work with us as we navigated our home warranty.
The sears technician was prompt, courteous and gave a good explanation of how the water cooling system worked. The ordered part came quickly and the repair done. Grateful to not need a new fridge.
