Fixed in a short amount of time.
Drew was very knowledgeable and prompt getting my machine back up and running in no time
Drew checked the machine and it started but after he left I attempted to use it and it failed to advance again, so the problem is unresolved. I don't want to give a low rating so need to get him back
Drew had to come out 3x which I felt bad about, but he was so helpful, friendly & efficient! Thanks so much!
