Had no Idea on how to work a washer dryer combo
I had 2 wait for a month for a part for my washing machine. It wasn't Sears's fault. They kept in touch with me both by emails and phone calls the entire time. I finally got the part yesterday and they sent someone immediately. My washer is back to running smoothly. PRAISE GOD! This was the best customer service I have had in years. I am 77 years young and this was wonderful. Thank you sooooo much.
Technician came on time. Assessed the problem of my dishwasher as being unrepairable. Suggested a new one. After all it was twenty years old.
He was nice professional and fast
