This is the 2nd experience we have had with the same technician. He was curtious and quickly determined the problem. He then quoted at $2900 itemized repair estimate with parts costing $2400 of the $2900! This is outrageous and makes me wonder if Sears is over charging for parts or perhaps it is Electrolux? We then called electrolux customer service and explained the problem. They quickly agreed to send their technician for a cost of $340 that includes the cost of parts and labor.
