Technician was very polite and knowledgeable but this was the fifth visit and my machine still doesn’t work!!!
Our experience with the repairman Ben from Sears appliance repair was great from start to finish. We were timely informed of his arrival time window. Even got a call when he was heading our way. A rare thing these days. Ben represented Sears in a very professional manner. He diagnosed our refrigerators issue and ordered the correct parts for its repair and got it working again. Very pleased! 5 stars all the way !!!!
