Set up appointment for a clean, takes off two screws then recommends to replace the whole inside machine parts! Horrible
This was the worst customer experience of my life. They are terrible, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! They are dishonest, said they came to my house and I didn’t answer when I know they didn’t. They came to my house to diagnose my fridge(even though they already knew what was wrong with it because we diagnosed it over the phone) and he looked at it for 5 seconds and said it was the compressor, which we knew already. The technician Lee was awesome squared the freezer issue away with no problem at all. Very happy to have this Sears warranty subscription. it’s working fine now…
