Paul might have been a nice guy and Sears Service Technician but NEVER, NEVER again will I ever get Sears Home Service to repair any appliance in my home. The total cost to replace an igniter in my oven cost me $710.86 which included $390.91 for new igniter and $319.95 for labor, was ridiculous. I could have gotten the same igniter on Amazon for $25.00 and the initial service charge was quoted as $129.00.
