Wonderful after a couple of trys...The repairman called me about the schedule to install refrigerator part. He is courteous, patient & quite knowledgeable. He went above & beyond his assigned work. He fixed the trays inside my fridge, 'cuz I had separated all the shelves to wash & some were wrong so he put them together & viola, done. Thank you. He does deserve 5 stars.
AC service. Although the technician was unable to fix the issue because it appears to an electrical problem, he was very articulate and customer service oriented.
Friendly and respectful. Called to let me know he was on his way.
