Technician was friendly but after he left I noticed the base portion of my oven was not in place or it's broken. I called him about 5 min after he left to the numbet he called me from but no answer.
The technician was very helpful on giving me instructions on how to take care of the appliance for future reference . He was very careful with what he was doing .
