Troy worked diligently and was very professional
The service technician was great and efficient, however, the AI automated system needs to go away. There were several times that I needed to talk to a person who could understand my situation. The links that were sent to me said that I wasn't compatible and it was frustrating. I recommend that Sears service hires people to answer questions and drop the Artificial Unintelligent system.
Technician worked on my air conditioner and checked out what the problem was and took care of it home warranty took care of it and I only paid 100.00 thanks
