Short version $70 to be told defrost your freezer. He had 5 more appointments and didn't have time to defrost my freezer! Might be this, might be that, we won't know till freezer is defrosted. Would you like to schedule another appointment? Hell no! Why did I even call, should have googled or you tube it 1st. Shame on me for calling. Customer service was none, from AI phone call, to I don't have time. Sorry that your over booked, doesn't mean I should get the shafted.
The technician was great. The scheduling problems and inability to speak with a live person will make me not choose Sears in the future. In the future, I will not purchase any appliance that has a warranty that requires Sears to do the work, as long as they use AI only to schedule repairs.
