Service tech was great. I got rescheduled four times for a ice maker! Stayed home five days waiting for someone to show up. Five days!!! I was livid . After the second reschedule, I texted and was told they would make my appointment priority. They continued rescheduling. The final appointment someone finally showed up. My time frame was 8-3. At roughly 5:15, Charlie showed up. He did a great job - not complaining about him at all. Their scheduler is worthless. No one should be inconvenienced five days. That's lots of time of... read more
