Charlie has been thorough in accessing and fixing my fridge. Sears doesn't seem to mind how much they spend on parts and labor to try to fix as well as how much they inconvenience their customers. So we'll see if this time the fridge stays fixed. The part that concerns me is aftermarket, hopefully it is good quality. Paid twice for same issue, just didn't realize it was the same issue.
Terrance was great! He resolved our issue and all work completed in a timely manner.
