Charlie found the problem right away and fixed it fast. Friendly guy. Kept everything clean. :)
Nice service technician. I know it’s not his fault of how Sears charges labor fees, but OMG the bill for $491 for $124 part. The labor is triple the price of the part. That’s what is crazy…just trying to get over the shock of it. He drives in at 10:01am, and leaves at 11:23am. That’s like buying a new washer.
Charlie was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what the problems were with my washing machine.
